The Fort Knox Maverick 6026, though entry-level, surpasses most industry gun safes and retains many Vault line features.

It boasts a 75-minute fire rating at 1200°F with a 1-1/8" reinforced fire door, including a 3/8" steel plate, fireboard layer, and 10-gauge outer reinforcement. The heat-activated Palusol dual thermal door seal adds extra protection.

Security features include UL-listed 11-gauge steel uni-body construction, a Quadrafold door frame, drill deflector bolt guard, and nine 1-1/2" solid steel locking bolts. The door has an S&G Group II lock, spy-proof and key lock dial, and a 5-spoke clutch drive handle in gold, chrome, or black chrome, revealing a two-tone interior with painted walls and carpeted shelving.
