The Fort Knox Spartan 6026, though on the lower end of Fort Knox products, surpasses most industry "Gun Safes" with its superior features. It boasts a 50-minute fire rating at 1450°F and a heat-activated Palusol dual thermal door seal for robust fire protection.
As a UL-listed Residential Security Container (RSC), it ensures exceptional security with a 3/8" steel door, 3/16" steel uni-body construction, Quadrafold door frame, drill deflector bolt guard, and (12) 1-1/2" diameter active solid steel locking bolts.
The door features an S&G Group II manipulation-resistant lock with a spy-proof and key lock dial, protected by a drill stop hard plate and recessed multi-bearings. The 5-spoke clutch drive handle, available in gold, chrome, or black chrome, opens to reveal a two-tone interior with painted walls and carpeted shelving.
